Anonymous: McPherson is a great school. We have only had exceptional teachers for our children. One thing we love about the school is that many of the teachers have their own children, or grandchildren enrolled in the school. Many of the teachers serve on the PTA board or the Education Foundation. There is a volunteer requirement at this school, and most families meet this requirement. There is a core group of parents that far exceeds this requirement and there is a handful of parents who do not meet this at all. Those parents are truly looked down upon. As it is in life, you will get from McPherson, what you put into it. If you are involved, and work in your child's classroom, plus serve on other committees in the school, you will find wonderful, fun families to associate with, and your child will make lots of associations throughout the school and will most likely have a great experience here.
